Freeze Drying: is the most advanced drying technique today and is also known as freeze-drying. This is considered the most advanced and superior drying method of all drying methods.
Sublimation drying process: the product is dried for up to 44 hours continuously through sublimation of water under low temperature and pressure. The water in the product is frozen into ice then removed directly from the product by vaporization. This is done in a vacuum. This method will help the food after drying will keep the shape, color, taste and nutrients in the food.
